Today in Russia ELMOS is the leading manufacturer of organometallic compounds for electronic industry, which are in great demand not only on domestic market, but also on international market.

Materials, produced by ELMOS are used for the production of semiconductor epitaxial structures (GaAs, GaAlAs, GaP, InP, InSb, GaSb, CdSe, CdTe, PbS, CdHgTe, PbSe, PbTe, ZnS, ZnSe, ZnTe etc.) and also in the growth of oxide films (SnO₂, In₂O₃, Al₂O₃, ZnO etc.) by method of vapour deposition. Various diodes, lasers, field transistors, solar batteries etc are made on the basis of epitaxial layers. Oxide coverings are used in manufacturing of the integrated circuits, displays, photo masks etc.

ELMOS carries out the development of the new organometallic compounds in conformity with the orders of the customers. Purity control is made with the help of JNP-spectrometer which allows to define over than 40 microimpurities. This method enables to provide the high sensitivity of the analysis.
